Here are a few things that we can to stay sane:
- Create a schedule
- Wake up at regular time
- Shower and get dressed
- Do not work in your pajamas
- Speak with a coworker or another adult everyday
- Give children some educational activity
- Play with your children and make crafts together
- Create an emergency plan for your family
- Check your mental health
- Talk to children if they have any question
- Find time to relax, meditate or read or do something that you enjoy
- Reduce your time on social media
- Don't panic
- Keep calm
